10/22/22 Private Best of East Bali Tour
Another highlight of the island is the Best of East Bali Tour, which gives us a good look at Bali’s east side as well as its natural beauty. We will spend around 8-10 hours visiting Taman Sukasada Ujung, Tirta Gangga Water Palace, and the famous Gate of Heaven or Lempuyang temple. Taman Ujung Water Palace or Taman sukasada Ujung
Taman Ujung Water Palace is located in Karangasem regency. It was built by I Gusti Bagus Djelantik. He was the king of Karangasem at the time.
Tirta Gangga Water Palace
Karangasem is home to the Tirta Gangga water palace. It features a maze of fountains and pools. The area is surrounded by beautiful statues and stone carvings. Additionally, there is a lush garden surrounding the area. Although it was almost completely destroyed during the eruption of Mount Agung, the local government managed to restore and rebuild it. The structure is still beautiful today. Rice paddy terraces surround the area around the water palace as well.
Lempuyang Temple or Gate of Heaven
Pura Lempuyang Luhur is one of Bali’s oldest and most renowned temples, comparable to the Besakih temple. The temple is also thought to predate most of the Hindu temples on the island. Definitely a highlight on any travel itinerary for the fit and adventurous, the temple is up on Mount Lempuyang, the namesake of the temple, at 1,175m above sea level. People call the gate of this temple “Gate of Heaven” because it is famous for taking pictures.

BALI BATUAN TEMPLE
In the Batuan countryside, this Bali Batuan temple is a village temple maintained by the locals. This temple is designed full of Balinese ornaments, and the roof is made of the fiber of chromatic black palm trees. Needless to say, it looks very spectacular. The location of the temple is on the main road between Denpasar and Ubud. Batuan has long been known as a village of artists and craftsmen, old legends, and mysterious tales.
TEGENUNGAN WATER FALL
This waterfall is near Ubud in the village of Tegenungan Kemenuh, in Gianyar regency. It is isolated but a popular tourist destination. It is one of the few waterfalls in Bali that aren’t located in the highlands or mountains. It depends on rainfall how much and how clear the water at the site is, but it is surrounded by lush greenery with fresh water. The waterfall includes varying heights that can be reached after descending stairs. There is also a viewing point for the jungle and waterfall near the entrance of this attraction.

ULUWATU TEMPLE
Uluwatu Temple is one of the most famous temple in South of Bali. This temple is located in Pecatu Village, Kuta Sub-istrict, Badung District, Bali. The temple is 32 kilometers to the south of Denpasar. Uluwatu Temple, also called Luwur Temple, is one of the six Sad Kahyangan Temples, the main spiritual pillars in Bali Island. This temple is featured by a small dry forest which is mostly called by Alas Kekeran (interdict forest) which is belong to the temple and dwelt by a lot of monkeys and other animal. Name of Uluwatu was come from the word Ulu meaning the head and Watu meaning stone. Therefore Uluwatu Temple mean the temple built on the cliff and facing to the Indian Ocean.
KECAK FIRE DANCE
Kecak fire dance is very famous in Bali. This dance is accompanying music which is provided by the human voice, the gamelan suara, a choir of a hundred men or more sitting in concentric circles, swaying, standing up, lying prone as the story develops. Amongst the swaying masses the voices of the storytellers can be heard telling the unfolding tale. Kecak Dance is also the only dance that was created for the sole purpose of entertaining foreigners. It is almost never watched by the Balinese in their villages. Kecak fire dance is performed just before sunset, from 6-7 pm. As the drama unfolds, the scene is cast in the last rays of the sun when its orb slowly disappears behind the glowing horizon of the sea. The story continues into the darkness of nightfall as dancers are dramatically lit only by the light thrown from the flames of torches casting long shadows.
JIMBARAN BAY SEAFOOD DINNER
