Onboarding & mentorship
Every new advisor gets a real, personal start - not a login and a wave goodbye. Guided onboarding, weekly check-ins, and a clear picture of how we work together. You're your own boss, running your own business, with a mentor in your corner.
Ongoing, self-paced education
Learn on your own time, at your own pace. Weekly lessons, quizzes, and real-world scenarios cover everything from working a lead to closing complex itineraries - plus a certification tracker to keep your credentials current. Earn points and badges as you go.
Hands-on, in-person learning
Some things you can only learn by being there. Vendor familiarization trips, resort inspections, and our flagship agent retreat put you inside the experiences you'll sell - and in the room with advisors who get it. This is where training becomes real.
How it works

Sign on as an independent Awaken advisor and get your portal, your onboarding roadmap, and a warm welcome.
Work through Foundations - the mentorship, the check-ins, the "how we do things"- until the portal feels like home.
Ongoing training in the Hub keeps you current: new lessons, vendor certifications, and the skills that grow your income.
FAM trips and the retreat take you into the field - hands-on learning and a community of advisors building the same thing.

Cindi built Awaken Travels from a one-person start into a growing team of independent advisors over 11+ years. She's obsessed with the un-glamorous stuff that actually grows an agency - pricing, marketing, and systems - and she loves nothing more than helping other agents skip the hard lessons. The Academy is how she teaches it: mentorship first, real experience second, and a whole team behind you the entire way.
