Hard Rock Group Concessions
- Complimentary Rooms:
• Hard Rock Los Cabos: 1 complimentary room for every 12 rooms paid nightly (max 4) (Single: $30 / Double: $50 per night). - Private Functions:
• 10–19 rooms (≥ 3 nights or 30–59 room nights): One 1-hour cocktail reception.
• 20–24 rooms (≥ 3 nights or 60–74 room nights): One 2-hour private function (cocktail or dinner).
• 25+ rooms (≥ 3 nights or 75+ room nights): One 3-hour private function (cocktail or dinner). - Upgrades: One complimentary upgrade to next room category for double occupancy when booking ≥ 25 rooms (subject to availability).
Terms & Conditions:
- Complimentary rooms apply up to Deluxe Gold/Caribbean Suite level; room category upgrades beyond that incur the difference + complimentary fee.
- Private functions require ≥ 10 rooms, ≥ 3 nights, confirmed ≥ 60 days prior with a $500 USD non-refundable event guarantee (applied to function extras).
