There are no “all inclusive” resorts in the United States including Hawaii except for a Club Med in Florida. I am quoting Honolulu because it is a large city and you will have the most options to find restaurants that serve quality vegan meals. Some of these options have kitchens as well so you can prepare some meals yourself if you desire. Also, Maui is really an island you need a car to get around but you can rely on public transportation or Uber if needed in Honolulu.
